Delete your account.

You can delete your Peppies account at any time. Deletion is permanent and applies to both Peppies apps (Peppies and the provider app) and your web account — they share one account.

Option 1 — in the app (immediate)

Open the app → Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted from our servers immediately.

Option 2 — without the app

Email privacy@mail.peppies.eu from the email address on your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days, confirming by reply.

What is deleted

Your account, sign-in identity, and profile
Your subscription records, order links, and points balance
Session chats and voice messages
Any consent packets and health-share connections (wearable links are revoked)

Blood report copies live only on your device — deleting the app, or using its wipe control, removes them; they are never stored on our servers.

What we keep, and why

Records we are legally required to retain — invoices and order/tax records — are kept for the statutory retention period, disconnected from your deleted account identity, and then erased.
